Returns & Exchanges Policy

At GradLaunch, we’re committed to ensuring every student and graduate has an exceptional coaching experience.
Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for our coaching services.
1. Coaching Programs
All GradLaunch coaching services—whether purchased through our online system or arranged directly for one-on-one coaching—are non-refundable once access has been granted or a session has been completed. This policy applies to all program tiers, session packages, and coaching bundles.
We understand that schedules can change, and we’ll make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling or transfer requests. Please contact our support team at support@grad-launch.com as early as possible to request changes.
2. Digital Courses and Materials
All digital course purchases, including downloadable guides, templates, and recorded sessions, are final. If you experience technical issues accessing your materials, contact us at support@grad-launch.com for prompt assistance.
3. Exchanges
Because coaching services are personalized, exchanges are not available once a session or program has begun. However, if an administrative or scheduling error occurs (for example, if you are booked into the wrong program or receive access to an incorrect course), please notify us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll correct the issue.
4. Exceptions
Custom or tailored coaching programs cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances once initiated.
